Feedback Cartoon The first article I chose to read was How to Give Feedback Without Sounding Like a Jerk .  I chose this article because I struggle with giving feedback for the fear of offending anyone or maybe feeling it may not be my place. The blog begins by explaining the often way people give feedback by using " The compliment Sandwich". This method is used by giving a compliment at the beginning, the feedback or criticism as the meat, and another compliment at the end of the feedback. The fault in this method is by people seeing right through it and feeling that the compliments are insincere and just a kindness to soften the blow. The other fault in this is people only hearing the compliments and glossing over the negative feedback. I have decided to focus on the topic of El Salvador Legends! My idea for this project is to have a paranormal Investigator go to different parts of El Salvador and search for the most infamous legends known to El Salvador. I would like the layout to be just the recordings of each encounter of these legends.  I have organized the layout as such: INTRODUCTION Introducing the protagonist and the plans of finding the legends in El Salvador which is full of different entities to pursue. I would also take this as the opportunity to mention the legends that are in pursuit and their background story or origin story.  While searching for information about these legends I realized that many of these characters show their appearance to men or children so I thought of an alternate way to go about the layout. Every prince in Greece who knew of Helen's beauty wanted to marry her. The king asked something of these princes: " You must all give your word to me to be kind to the man my daughter chooses to be her husband.
